Terms of Use

  1. All orders are subject to acceptance by Gooseberry.
  2. Payment is by Paypal only and deliveries to registered PayPal addresses.
  3. All import costs will be the responsibility of the buyer; please check duty/vat for importation to your country as these costs can be significant.
  4. Payment in Sterling only/ exchange rate cost are the buyer’s responsibility.
  5. Warranty will be as per your statutory rights.
  6. We are not responsibly for delays in the postage system; please check The Royal Mail website for estimates of delivery.
  7. We are not responsible for delays at Customs, as these are beyond our control.  Every effort will be made to ensure that our merchandise carries the correct documentation.
  8. Returns are accepted; please return within 7 working days after the day you receive your goods with a request in writing for a refund/exchange as per your statutory rights. Please check our RETURNS POLICY in our “Contact Us” section for important details. These terms may vary in different countries, please consult your home country Consumer rights for relevant legislation.
  9. In the event of a dispute, please contact us immediately by email viewing our “Contact Us” page and choosing the correct option.  We will endeavour to resolve queries as quickly as possible.
  10. Overclocking of this device is at your own risk.
  11. Use of software not approved by Gooseberry is at your own risk.
  12. Please read the current description of “The Board” as documented on our website so that you can ensure the product will meet your requirements.
  13. Our terms and conditions must be accepted to allow us to transact business with you. Please tick this box to confirm acceptance.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Returns are accepted.  Please notify us via our email address: Gooseberryboard@gmail.com to arrange this.

Please note that returns must be sent within 7 working days from the day after you receive your goods together with a request in writing for a refund and the reason you are returning the Gooseberry.  Proof of posting must be obtained.

Our overseas customers should refer to their consumer rights within their own country but must still email us initially as per above and obtain proof of posting.

This time frame does not apply to faulty merchandise which will be dealt with in line with your statutory rights.

We will endeavour to resolve all issues as efficiently as possible.  Please do not hesitate to contact us with any queries you may have, we are here to help!
